As a family of four we really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and Barcelona, and would return.
The apartment was in a really nice location with terrace facing the city so great view. Being top floor was great. The room sizes were more than adequate. The Garcia area was very relaxing to walk around with lots of shops, restaurants etc on our doorstep, and only minutes away from more major streets. It was also very quiet with very little noise from neighbours. Although we didn't really need it in October, having aircon was a plus, and certainly would be in the summer.
Having to collect the keys from over 2km away was the big downside as we had luggage and then had to walk, having had to release our taxi where we got the keys. Providing a means of access close to the apartment would have made big difference. There were keyboxes in the stair, so the access cards could have been left there for us to collect. The only slight cleanliness issue was with the shower, which both had a slightly damaged runner on the door and the seals and grout needed renewing, but otherwise the cleaner had done a good job.

Good stay
The staff were amazing and the location was great. The place was modern and spacious.
We only had 1 small pillow each which made sleeping really uncomfortable! and the fan in the ensuite made an awful loud noise. The floor was also not clean.
